Chief Adviser (CA) Professor Muhammad Yunus has expressed deep sorrow and condolences over the tragic crash of a Bangladesh Air Force F-7 BGI training aircraft on the campus of Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Diabari area.
In a condolence message issued on Monday, Professor Yunus said: “This heartbreaking incident has caused irreparable loss to the Air Force personnel as well as to students, parents, teachers, and staff of Milestone School and College. It is a moment of profound national grief.”
He added, “I pray for the swift recovery of the injured and have instructed all concerned authorities, including hospitals, to respond with the utmost urgency.”
The chief adviser also assured that the government will take necessary steps to investigate the cause of the crash and will ensure all possible support for the victims and their families.
