Saudi Crown Prince Performs Eid al-Fitr Prayer in Makkah


Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and
Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Wednesday performed Eid-ul-Fitr prayers to celebrate the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

King Salman performed his prayers at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah with several princes and senior officials while the crown prince performed his Eid prayers with worshipers at the Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah, state news agency Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also met with princes, scholars, sheikhs, excellencies and senior officials to exchange Eid greetings.

The two officials earlier sent cables of congratulation to leaders of Islamic countries for Eid-ul-Fitr, with messages of further security, stability and prosperity for the Islamic world.
