BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that Tarique Rahman is the future Prime Minister of the country.
Mirza Fakhrul made the remark on Saturday at the national council of the Doctors’ Association of Bangladesh (DAB).
He said that the 31-point proposal put forward by Tarique Rahman has the power to bring about revolutionary changes in the country’s healthcare sector as well as other areas.
Fakhrul said that the culture of mutual hostility that has been created has destroyed us, and we must come out of this culture.
Criticizing various government policies, including its pharmaceutical industry policy, Mirza Fakhrul said that it is not only the right to vote that must be ensured, but all rights of the people.
The BNP Secretary General also called on the government to ensure treatment for those injured in the July mass uprising.
